Bio: 59 y/o Retired Functional Medicine Health Coach, recently diagnosed with ADHD. After 6 years of trying to figure out what's wrong with me.

Bio: I want to try new methods, to see if they work for me, and connect with like-minded people.

Bio: In spite of my limitations, I've accomplished a lot, but it has come at a high cost. I have so much more to do, and this is my year!

Bio: Energy intuative and spiritual mentor. Also works in the NHS.

Bio: Completed a career in govt and now working in the community in various roles predominantly in the welfare and people support sector.
