Bio: 59 y/o Retired Functional Medicine Health Coach, recently diagnosed with ADHD. After 6 years of trying to figure out what's wrong with me.

Bio: Successfully building very cleverly ausgetüftelte devices as an electrical engineer. Not so successfull in life in general due to ADHD.

Bio: Energy intuative and spiritual mentor. Also works in the NHS.

Bio: Completed a career in govt and now working in the community in various roles predominantly in the welfare and people support sector.

Bio: ADHD’er (diagnosed @2 years ago) high achiever w/ super highs and super lows. I am so ready for change, consistency & growth💪! Excited to be here!
