Feeling Disillusioned but at the same time hopeful. Is that really possible?

I’m not sure if other people crave complete silence like I do. It does seem like there’s constant noise pollution in our modern world. It’s such a luxury in today’s day and age that when it is completely still, I just melt into it. I’m sure I’m not alone 😌
