Hi y’all! My name Lauren, I’m from sunny California, I have been lifting weights for about 15 years but started to take it seriously about 8 years ago. I went from powerlifting to body building about 6 months ago after some serious burnout, and I love it! I’ve decided that I want to compete in body building, either in wellness or physique. Not sure yet! Aside from lifting I am a full time student working on my undergrad in nutritional science. I love food and to cook but it’s great to get fresh ideas and takes from others. I am also here for PEDs education, and just excited to learn how to be a better athlete 🫶
