EAT big challenge during Educator Appreciation week
This week was a huge challenge for me to do the EAT module. We were spoiled at work with donuts and cupcakes and free lunches and coffee for Educator Appreciation Week. Monday we celebrated my oldest child's 28th birthday with Himalayan food (I chose to only eat a few bites of mine and a bite of everyone else's to sample. I gave my leftovers to another family member so I would not be tempted to eat them later. I did have a small piece of cake and some ice cream. Sweets are the hardest for me to say no to. Even though I did have them, it was different because I compensated with the healthiest meals I could make using Dinnerly and Marley Spoon and moved my body in between meals. Tomorrow is a couple's wedding shower. I already know I am having 1 sweet treat and for the rest I will have small portions. Sunday I plan to go carb-free.🤞

@Jacob Netherton It has helped in making choices easier. I can decide what to eat by thinking of the outcome of eating each whether it will be good for me or bad. I do feel more in control. I made it through my birthday without over indulging.

I did eat my birthday cake around lunch time and only ate half of my dinner. I ate within a 8 hour window which also helped. I will try the apple cider vinegar. Not eating past 7pm consistently is helping to eliminate the evening late dessert habit. When I head to the kitchen, I make a small cup of cinnamon tea instead of something sweet. I wake up feeling better and not starving.
