Visualize your day - Manifest your life ✨
I started this practice I call “Visualize your day - Manifest your life” - years ago when I was still at corporate. My job in HR was hella stressful and I was looking for ways to cope. I knew of manifesting but everything I read had you manifest a future that felt too far out. I needed HELP and to DEAL with the stress NOW. So I applied this “future-you” technique (visualization) to a future me just hours older. 🤣 What happened was some bruja shit 🧙🏽 It worked! 👉🏽 Here’s how I did it and still do it today: I visualize how I want the day to go. I walk through every step in my mind - morning, afternoon, and evening. As long as I take time to put myself into a state where I could see it in my mind + and feel it in my body - it works every time. It doesn’t work if you rush through it or get interrupted. Then as an added bonus and to make the connection to your future stronger - journal how your want to go. But, write it AS-IF it has happened and someone has asked you: “How is your day going?” Here’s how your journal might read: “Today is peaceful, I’ll took few calls but it’s been slow….” Then I’d get specific like “Jeff didn’t call me” and “I took a walk in peace”. Visualizing + Journaling has been proven as powerful tools of manifestation. But if your like me and need some relief NOW - just visualize your day and watch how it manifests the life you want. Pro Tip: Use the time right before you fully wake up to visualize your day or the time right before you slip to sleep to visualize your next day. Your brain is a powerful creator in this state.
