New Member anxious feeling
So does anyone else deal with anxious feeling in your stomach and head pressure? I want to know what will help for me. I drink AFT and it helps but the anxious feeling I can't get rid of. HELP ME PLEASE 😫

@Kevin Stephenson I keep me some peanut butter crackers. I hate it because I love my weight size oh and I also drink ensure plus as well to help keep my weight up

High Blood Pressure
Does anyone have a blood pressure spike when they’re anxious? Since I’ve been really anxious over the past few months, mine has been higher than usual. What do you do to bring it down?

Yes I have dealt with that just take deep breath's to calm yourself down while taking your blood pressure.
