1. What project management credentials do you currently hold, if any? Scrum Master 2. Are you currently working towards any project management certifications? If so, which ones? Yes, PMP 3. Describe your current role in the project management field and your primary responsibilities. I am currently a Sign Division Operations Project Manager, I Manage the Project Management team and Installation team to complete Sign project throughout the Carolinas. We mange projects spanning 1- 12 months long simultaneously, overseeing all parts of the installation process. 4. What are your short-term and long-term career goals in project management? Short term obtain my PMP and find a career in Project Management that had upward mobility. Long- Term be a Portfolio Manager manager and help develop other PMP's 5. What specific challenges or areas of improvement are you seeking support for in your project management career? Development in confidence to be perceived as more professional, exposure to different fields in Project Management and getting better at using my transferable skills to increase my career. Gain more realistic Project experience outside of signs and develop from PM's that have more experience than me. I have not had the opportunity to work with more seasoned PM's in my career.
