Hey hey besties✌🏼😃 I am going through Tony’s awesome classroom content & saw that it suggested sharing some wins! 1. I would LOVE to see your wins too, those fuel me to be better & push myself, and it helps us all connect & hold each other accountable… so drop those in the comments here! 2. One of the things I am so glad I started doing about 2 years ago, is having an auto DM drafted for all new followers. It introduces me, shares some fun details about me & invites them to respond & engage! My 2nd year of real estate about 82% of my business came organically from social media, but as I stay in the biz that number has dropped slightly (thanks to getting some awesome referrals & repeat customers 🥰), so I am working to ramp that back up! 3. I’m not a “top producer” by most standards, but I’ve prioritized being present with my 2 young kids while they’re at home over being heavy in Real Estate. My oldest is in 1st grade now, and next fall my youngest starts Kindergarten. That’s a goal for me to pick up the activity level & be more focused on my career, so this year is about building systems & a stronger foundation than ever to get me there easier next fall! Just had a conversation with an agent who said they want to get leads off of social media. But they hardly post anything other than to their stories. He’s also an excellent agent and closes a ton of units - but again, just posting to his stories. So let me be clear, the point of posting reels is to find NEW people. The point of stories is to nurture those people. We don’t make videos for our followers, we make videos for strangers. It’s the top of the funnel. Let’s not mix it up
