Just had a conversation with an agent who said they want to get leads off of social media.
But they hardly post anything other than to their stories.
He’s also an excellent agent and closes a ton of units - but again, just posting to his stories.
So let me be clear, the point of posting reels is to find NEW people.
The point of stories is to nurture those people.
We don’t make videos for our followers, we make videos for strangers. It’s the top of the funnel.
Let’s not mix it up
