Hey everyone, just wanted to share my experience with a fantastic cold call today. I reached out to a realtor and had an amazing conversation. I decided to ditch the script, and we ended up chatting about Andrew Tate and how cold calling can be a drag. We even discussed the offer during the call and set up another call for Friday to iron out the details. Now, I wouldn't suggest doing this on every call because not everyone will be as laid-back as this guy. Stick to the script, but don't hesitate to improvise now and then. That's where you discover what works and what doesn't, and it sounds much more natural. Even if you go off script, as long as you keep the call's objective in mind, you'll likely secure a booking. I just wanted to encourage you all to be as authentic as possible whenever you can. Authenticity is something you'll carry with you for the rest of your life, and it's rare to find truly authentic people these days.
