So I'm way behind all y'all (day 14). Everything is going fantastic! However, I am noticing that by around 1pm I am sooooo tired! I am eating virtually no carbs and lots of protein. I am getting 8 hours of good sleep. I exercise about 30 minutes in the morning. I'm drinking about 96-120 oz of water a day and have 2 cups of black coffee in the morning. I take an isotonic vitamin supplement and magnesium in the morning. There you have it, my routine! Just don't know why I'm so tired. Week 1 left me feeling very energized. Not really doing anything much different than week 1.
