My first sale 🤯
Hi, everyone! After two years of dabbling in everything SaaS, making 3 apps and even more websites, I got my first paying customer. This is not as to show off or something, rather I want it to inspire some of you guys! When I launched my previous app and it got 0 sales I thought i was in a never-ending loop of bad products and bad luck. Turns our that with time and experience, you get better at stuff, and that includes learning what people want, copywriting, and coding. The crucial part is to stay consistent and never stop learning. Just keep shipping and best of luck with your projects! 💪

Congratulations! Hopefully you'll see more in coming days!
Design Automation
Hi, can anyone suggest some tool for automating app related design? Like app icons, screenshot, onboarding flow creatives etc? I want to know which have you tried and how is the result? Also if you can share some pros and cons that would be great. Thanks.

Here is why MVP planning is important
I spent about an hour thinking about and writing down MVP requirements, and then I generated the entire app with two short prompts and two more requests for bug fixes. I haven't written a single line of code yet. See you tomorrow in the MVP session to talk about this more in detail

Nice suggestion about generating persona! Thanks.
The "wrong" way to find your next app idea (but it works)
Forget brainstorming. Ditch the market research reports. Want to know how I stumbled on my $4K/month app idea? I had a problem. So there I was… Trying to get better at freediving and spearfishing on short vacations. I was looking for a way to train at home, before the trips, but didn't find an App I liked. I was getting incredibly frustrated. So I built the app I needed. Turns out, other freedivers needed it too. Here's my 3-step "wrong" way to find winning app ideas: 1. Look for your daily annoyances. What bugs you? 2. Then dive into the weird niches. Big companies ignore these. 3. Mash up existing app ideas. But make them better. Okay, now you’ve got a strong start. Your turn: Grab a notebook. Set a 15-minute timer. List every tiny frustration you had this week. That list? Those are opportunities.

Nice idea. But do why not doing a market research and start building from there? @Aivars Meijers

@Aivars Meijers Okay. I wasn't able to keep track with your post. Today I'll do some progress there.
