Thanksgiving Blessing and Prayer for the Kingdom Culture Revolution Community
Father God, On this Thanksgiving, we take a moment to reflect and thank You for this incredible community You’ve brought together. We’re so grateful for the hearts and minds here, each person uniquely called and gifted by You. Thank You for the ways You’re working in each of our lives, even in the seasons where it’s hard to see. We ask Your blessing over everyone in this community—over their families, their dreams, their challenges, and their victories. Strengthen us, guide us, and remind us that we don’t walk this journey alone. For those who are struggling right now, we pray for Your peace and direction. For those who are celebrating, we thank You for their joy and the reminder of Your goodness. Let this community continue to be a place of support, growth, and encouragement where we can inspire one another to live out the calling You’ve placed in our hearts. As we gather with our loved ones today, help us to carry this gratitude into everything we do. Let it shape our words, our actions, and the way we love and serve others. Thank You for being so faithful, for showing us what’s possible when we trust You fully. We commit this community to You, Lord, and ask that You bless it in ways we can’t even imagine. May the work we do here ripple out and leave a legacy that glorifies You. In Jesus’ name, amen.

Impact VS Income: The Truth About What Christian Entrepreneurs Really Want
Let’s talk about something many Christian entrepreneurs won’t admit: We say things like, “I don’t care about money; I just want to make a bigger impact.” And we mean it—impact is why we’re here. It’s why we work hard, why we push through challenges, and why we stay committed to the mission God gave us. But let’s be honest. It’s not just about impact. Deep down, many of us do care about income. Not for selfish reasons, but because we want to: • Bless our families with security and freedom. • Grow our businesses so we can reach and serve more people. • Give generously to our communities, churches, and ministries. Here’s the thing: there’s nothing wrong with desiring financial abundance if your heart is in the right place. Money isn’t the problem. It’s a tool—a resource God can use through you to multiply your impact. The problem is we often feel like admitting we care about income makes us less spiritual. But that’s not true. When you pursue financial success with integrity, it becomes a means of creating lasting change. So, let’s stop pretending we’re above caring about money. Instead, let’s focus on stewarding it well. You can prioritize impact and trust God to provide the income to sustain it. The two aren’t at odds—they work together. Be honest with yourself. Dream bigger. Pursue both impact and income, and trust God to use you to make a difference that lasts. What are your thoughts on this?

@Lisa Vanderveen that’s it. We’re in a battle in which Christ will be ultimately victorious. Part of our mission: reallocate what the enemy is using (money) so that we can be a part of God’s plan getting souls to salvation.

@Lisa Vanderveen that’s an excellent goal/daily objective. I’ll likely be modeling a similar method (starting smaller but building up over time) I want to ensure I’m developing my consistency muscle when it comes to outreach.

@Lisa Vanderveen it’s key right? Way too many times I get excited about tackling a new aspect of business/building only to have the shine fade away and bail on continuous work. I definitely think this is an aspect God is developing in me. (Apologies @Angela Linville for going off on a tangent on this poll)
Is Your Heart Set on God’s Mission?
Business and ministry often revolve around personal success, yet Jesus’ example reminds us to serve with a heart fully focused on God. He didn’t seek approval, profit for the sake of profit, or recognition—He worked solely to reach souls and fulfill the Father’s purpose. As we begin to reflect on the past year and look ahead into the new year, we’re invited to do the same. Let’s realign our work to reflect His example, letting faith, discernment, and sacrificial generosity lead our actions. 1️⃣ Quiet Obedience: Seek guidance in private with God. Instead of aiming for public recognition, build your vision in the hidden spaces, letting God be the ultimate guide. 2️⃣ Soul-Focused Discernment: Look beyond earthly metrics to truly see the people you’re called to serve. Let God shape each decision to meet real needs, not just surface goals. 3️⃣ Sacrificial Generosity: Give without expecting anything in return. Pour out freely, trusting that God will multiply what you’ve given in ways you might not see but that make an eternal impact. I’m committed to following Jesus’ example, working with a heart set on God’s mission. May every word, action, and decision bring us closer to His purpose and expand His kingdom. Love in Christ, Angela
