I have a podcast now. We have over 40 guests in our first month. I had one also back in 2017-18 which was also an international show. I'd love to share some tips and tidbits I learned while doing both shows.

@Naomi Mendes-Pouget I am looking for people who are pioneers in their fields. This is a small business owner who has stepped out of their comfort zone to inspire others. This could mean an author, speaker, trainer, podcast host, social media influencer, or someone who is making a difference and would like to share their experience with the world.

I have a few as well. A lot depends on my mood at the time. However, I would start off by saying The Matrix. I loved the concept that this movie brings as well as being in the Sci-Fi area. Plus the high energy music. Movies that I can watch at any time are 1) Ghost Ship 2) Dreamcatcher 3) 6 Underground - w/ Ryan Reynolds

@Danielle Lapteff Same here. I have seen the first one many times. I even watched it once with a friend of mine who had lost much of his hearing and we had the subtitles turned on. I even watched it once to pay special attention to the deliberate use of reflections. Great film.

I learned the SMART formula years ago. In my 2nd, 3rd, and 4th book I refined that to become a SMARRTY goal. S - Specific M - Measurable A - Attainable R - Relevant R - Risky (This means you have to be willing to do something different that may be out of your comfort zone.) T - Timely Y - Your Why (A goal without a why is just a dream. The why is what will steer you toward that goal.) My SMARRTY goal in the next 12 months would be to have 100 people to have taken one of my three group coaching business (regardless of which level they take). My why is that it would be 10% of my major goal of 1000 people. And then that would show a $200,000 level of income to allow me to have a profitable business that allows me the lifestyle I want.
