$185,015/mo with Skool 🙂
Sup guys! Just hit a cool milestone with Skool. Here are 3 things I love about Skool: 1. Community - there’s a heavy emphasis on community and my members love it. 2. Gamification - when you get this right the community is awesome without you. 3. All In One - with community, courses, and calls in one area it’s easy to have active members. Those alone make Skool an amazing platform. I could spend an hour writing out a list of every feature I love, but less is more. But that doesn’t mean I’m showing up empty handed… There’s one thing I love about Skool the most: And that’s the ability to create an amazing product. It’s the one thing that has led to most of our growth. We have a product that’s so good, members share it with their friends. Without the 3 things above, building an amazing product would be very difficult. Quick formula for ya before I sign off: Great Product x (Ascensions + Continuity) = 🚀 Thank you @Sam Ovens and the team, Brady 🫡 P.S. there’s no screenshot bc money is between like 4-5 different processors.

That's a lot. Congrats. How much are you charging a month to each person?

@Larina Tollman hope it doesn’t involve murdering an innocent animal. Stella McCartney does great designer bags with zero pain or murder 💚
Skool payments system
I have a free group. Some people are now going to become monthly subscribers paying a subscription. They will get access to calls and new videos. There is no way for me to take payment via skool payments by changing their membership level to incorporate a payment per month, though is there? I'd have to take payment on my separate stripe or paypal account wouldn't I? @Erika Kulpina

@Erika Kulpina but I want some people to stay in the group for free and new people to join for free?
2 likes • Dec '23
@Erika Kulpina ok. I’ve already got my subscription set up and I put 0. So I just remove them from the group. Change the price. They rejoin on the price. Which means everyone else joining at the same time has to as well until they do. Not an ideal system, waiting for them to join and pay as they will probably be delayed. Could you put it in as a new product request for a better system please?
Time zone emails from skool
Hi My group get notified on Email that an event is happening tomorrow when it’s actually happening in 6 hours so is perhaps giving them PST time when I’m on GMT. So it’s sending them wrong information Is this an error your side or is this something I can change as I do have my settings set for London time already? Who is the person or 24/7 help desk account on here to help with these requests that we need to tag @Sid Sahasrabuddhe ?

Referral link
If I invite people directly into my group by giving them my https://skool.com/kerryhopkins link and they join, will that get me the referral income if they set their own group up? Or do I need to send them my actual longer referral URL instead to get the commission, which won't direct them to my group? https://www.skool.com/refer?ref=53020a8687ca4c868bfbb1989f75dfd5. @Sam Ovens @Sid Sahasrabuddhe @Jesse Clark

@Sid Sahasrabuddhe @Jesse Clark is saying something different that it's best I use my referral link because they could leave my group, join someone else's, create their own group and I wouldn't get a the referral commission, but the longer referral link protects me to get it. That being said the longer referral link way is very complicated for someone to follow to find my group! It's not intuitive at all or user friendly. I've just had to create a video to show people how to do it and it was 2 min 30 minutes long. Whereas following my group link is so much easier for the new user.

@Sid Sahasrabuddhe I know affiliate commission is based on them paying you money. I'm the introducer and I just want to give the link that increases my chances of getting commission should they convert into being your customer, from me. I know you say share my affiliate link but it's really complicated that way for them to get into my own group in comparison to my group link
How to Get Paying Members with Ease
One of the EASIEST ways to get paying members into your paid Skool community is to use the Workshop Method. If done right, the Workshop Method is super simple and it works every time for getting new paying members. Using the Workshop Method I've been able to get over 200 paying into my $49/month Skool community. Here's how I do it (it's pretty fun): ---- • Step 1: I find out what people in my free community are struggling with the most. What's their biggest pain point? You want to have a list of at least 10 of these. • Step 2: I find out what people in my free community are wanting to the most. What's their biggest desire? You want to have a list of at least 10 of these. • Step 3: I open up a Google doc and write up an outline for a workshop that I think will help them get closer to their desires and further away from their struggles. I also make sure to give it an interesting, fun title. (See below for plenty of examples) • Step 4: I promote the workshop for 3-4 days by doing the following: I email my list + post in my free community telling people about the workshop. I tell them they can either attend the live workshop + get the replay for $99 (using my Stripe checkout link) OR... They can attend the live workshop + get the replay + get all future and past workshops for just $49/month if they're a member of my community. --- That's it! Here's a sample email I sent out that got us 10 members. Subject: How I hypnotized myself into becoming rich. Body: You can relax your way into becoming rich. I went from $30,000 in DEBT, stressed AF and barely making ends meet financially to now making $100,000/month by listening to a 5 minute self hypnosis audio on repeat as I relaxed each night...

They love them as you're on a walking machine, so it's quirky. Secondly, isn't your subscription service cancel anytime so if they cancelled after signing up they'd pay 98 bucks. When I've done workshops people don't wanna pay a dime for it, BUT I see you've offered them a cheaper option to attend so this could be the game changer
