What was your first online business? ๐Ÿ’ป
Iโ€™m currently feeling a bit stuck on my journey to starting an online business. That's why Iโ€™d like to hear stories from people who have managed to overcome this initial mental barrier. ๐Ÿ˜ต

@Jesรบs Ortuรฑo any service based online business. Flipping calculators on eBay is where I started
Result: First 2 Month of focused effort.
I've gone to monk mode the last view weeks. 1. Got really clear on the priority's of my business 2. Cut off some things that were not on the list (pa. deleted our business accounts on Pinterest and Facebook, quit some side quests) 3. All in on Instagram and LinkedIn. Results: - 3 new leads - Got multiple new partners - 5-10x the Impressions/Engagement How we did it: -By dropping two of our channels, we could optimize the other ones (Before our Content was optimized for neither of the audiences and platforms) -Weekly performance check: "which content worked, which not" *This was a game changer for us* Learnings: -subtracting can be more powerful then adding -Views in the right customer group (for us LinkedIn) >>>>> Views in an unrelated audience (for us Pinterest, TikTok) -Test things - than review results - than do more of the stuff that works P. s. Just wanted to share my learnings with you, just my subjective experience what worked for me.

This is amazing, congrats!
๐ŸŒฑ How can you just get better at mastering YouTube?
Alex Hormozi highlights mastering YouTube for success, stating "just make your YouTube videos better." He emphasizes skill improvement over subscriber count.

I've always thought it'd be cool if YT would allow you to hide subscribers, and views, just so you couldn't see them until you hit a certain point, they unlock and then you can see them. At first they are just a distraction
I heard Hormozi say "1 Course, 1 Call, 1 blabla"
So i have 2 courses inside my classroom: level1: a 6-week breathwork course level2: a training program to hold your breath up to 4+ minutes (my community is for freedivers hence the breathholds) Should i strip level 2 and just keep level 1 (re-brand it / narrowing my avatar) and promote the heck out of it? (and certainly forget about the idea of even creating a level3) what's your opinion? thanks - the original idea was to create some kind of education/training system with 4 levels, just like it's the case for real life diving courses e.g. PADI1, PADI2, etc) - - if i stick to level 1 only, my avatar becomes different from if i would have level 2 (which is more for aspiring or beginner freedivers). Hence the need for re-branding

@Gert Leroy if I were part of the community I would want to be able to visualize where I was going, like some sort of customer journey. In my head it'd make sense to first tackle the basics and then move onto the more complex things. Just because PAD2 is more advanced doesn't mean that isn't where you will lead me or something I can aspire to become.
