@Yakshi Singh Thanks for sharing @Yakshi Singh
No matter how Big or Small your win is. Celebrating your wins keep you energized for your next day or task.
I have done something that is too big on my own (at least to me at this point of time) with no prior experience. The knowledge I gained through my academics played a major role alongside the never-ending Google search and chatgpt. Want to know what it is? Prepare yourself for the story. Since we are nearing the close of Financial Year (April to March), the responsibility of closing off the financial books of a company and its audit is put on my shoulders. Moreover, the said company has 6 different branches. Yes. A newbie who is taking tiny step is now expected to take a leap in the river. Can you imagine? Someone in audit industry or someone who knew about CA or CMA or CS profession can understand. Initially, I panicked. Then, to be honest, I had no other choice. The fear of a making mistakes prevented me from going ahead. Then I tried to grab the courage to take the leap. I was certain that this process is going to be full of learnings. There involved a lot of trial and error though. By god's grace, I had an accountant who was able to answer all my questions. This process of closing the books as per the financial statement is almost done (nearly 90% is done). This process went for more than 3 weeks. Can you imagine how big the task is. Isn't it a victory? Or, am I celebrating it too soon? Yes? Maybe. Because, I though that I may not be able to do this at earlier stage. During the process, I had nobody by my side who believed in me or to support me, which actually forced me to do this. I read this saying somewhere and it stuck with me, "when someone says you cannot do it, do it twice and take a pictures." P S. I have neither done this before nor seen someone do this. Moreover, this workplace is new to me, and I'm not aware of how the financial transactions usually happen here.

Hey there, bookworms! Can you recommend me a book that's not widely known but you personally loved? Something you think deserves more attention? I'm all ears for those under-hyped treasures!❣️
