This is a very in-depth video, but I highly recommend it to all of us new authors because there’s a ton of good information in it and it’s fresh two weeks ago
How Do You Know When It's Done?
Working on a book about the 2009 New Orleans Saints and their Super Bowl run. I've interviewed a number of players, coaches, press and members of the front office and compiled a lot of great stories along the way. What I'm having trouble with at the moment is knowing when it's a finished piece. There is always someone else to interview and another story to add, so when do I stop and put a bow on it? I was considering trying to get the book done on the 15th anniversary of that Super Bowl, but that is in February, so no chance that happens. Any feedback is welcome.

Ok listen. Call it done now! Get it for sale. There is nothing holding you pack from a second edition or a book two. But wrap this up and send the amazon link. I’ll be waiting 😀⭐️⭐️
Anyone else ready to get their first book done?
Hello. I've been trying to write a book for many years now, but keep getting in my own way. It's time though! And I'm taking the first bad draft approach, i.e. better to get the first book out self-published to get over the hurdle and then go from there. Looking forward to getting some guidance on support on making that happen, and making it good enough. :)

Introducing myself - Italian translator and book pr
My name is Isabella Nanni and I work mostly for indie romance authors translating their work into Italian and helping them promote it to Italian bloggers. I recently set up an online book signing event called "Romance to Romance Days" for romances in Italian with both Italian and international romance authors from all genres participating. From their first feedback it was a success, waiting to collect more data in the next days.

Which type of domain should I use for my author site?
Hello Everyone, I have a question for Book Launchers, but everyone else can add your thoughts if you like: I would like to know which is better. 1. Create an author website based on my name, or... 2. Create an author website based on a publishing company name. I keep going back and forth as to which path I should take. I want to use a publishing company domain as the author website. I could still make the website about me, but the domain would be the name of my publishing company. How would this compare to finding a domain name based on my name? I guess it could be good, in a way, because once I secure a domain using my name, it would always belong to me, and I could use it to promote whatever I'm doing at the moment. But also, I'm think that a domain assocociated with a particualr niche, like "Wholistic Health," would also be good because this is an easy phrase for people to remember, and it might rank high in the search results. I guess I don't know the pros and cons between the two choices, so I keep going back and fourth between the two. I don't want to start building the website and then change my mind, so this is why I'm hesitating with this. Any thoughts on this would be helpful. -Thanks Also, can you please respond to my poll?
