Good afternoon everyone, I am trying to set up my account for Rupa however I don’t know if I should be listed as a practitioner or clinic staff. I have my NPI, but it says they don’t take insurance for their test so I don’t know what I would be using it for, does anyone know what I need to sign up as and any hidden fees you can make me aware of.

I advertise it big time especially for my cash pay or no insurance patients the rates are so much cheaper if they use Rupa. Labcorp charge $29 for CBC then Rupa charges $3, I have several clients that use it with me.
