Good afternoon everyone, I am trying to set up my account for Rupa however I don’t know if I should be listed as a practitioner or clinic staff. I have my NPI, but it says they don’t take insurance for their test so I don’t know what I would be using it for, does anyone know what I need to sign up as and any hidden fees you can make me aware of.

Hey GEMS not sure who posted about MOMS…..but plz go register and make ur zoom meeting…my sales rep was Micah and she was awesome. She walked me through everything. Its a lab in Chicago I thnk…they hve patients that they send the LAB KIT to..the patient will scan a QR code to find the nearest lab to them..they come to your lab or u go to them…mail the sample bk via fed ex and u get paid direct deposit..must hve ur own supplies..bandaid…gauze… alcohol pads etc.

So I am making some progress over here I finally got my duns number Sam.gov a little bump in the rode had to redo application 😩 to receive Cage code Applied for the Rupa health but idk if it’s right however I’m in their system as a preferred phlebotomist as well but still waiting on an email to make sure I did it right. Applied for NPI as well now waiting for approval.

Hey hey Phlebs so I’ve applied for the shop side/ordering side on Rupa Health and I inquired about the phlebotomist application which they sent me . For those who have done it may I ask did you say yes to having a centrifuge and you purchased your own ? Or if you say no do they supply you with one ? Also which lab companies did you choose as labs you draw for or can you skip that part ? @Kahlil Thomas or @Alicia Samuel can someone help me with this portion pllleeeeaasseee and thank you 🙏🏽 😊
