What are they trying to say?
I have issue with payment verification, and contacted Shopify support, received this today? Nik here from the Merchant Verification team at Shopify follow up. I hope you are having a great day. While reviewing your account to assist you with xxxx.myshopify.com, we noticed that we need some additional information about your business. Can you please describe what kind of business operations you currently have on US soil? Shopify has to follow regulatory and contractual obligations which require that we only provide financial services to merchants who are physically located in a supported region. Shopify’s standards for this requirement mean that registering your business in the region and obtaining a bank account is not enough. To be eligible for Shopify Payments, you must meet one of the following criteria: If you are a Sole Proprietor, the business owner must personally live in the country. If you are a Company, LLC, or similar business type, you must be registered with the government of that country, and also be able to provide evidence of substantial operations physically happening there. If you believe your business meets these requirements, please reply here with a detailed description of your operations in the US. Some examples of operational presence could include (but are not limited to): You rent or own warehouse space and ship your orders from there, you have an office there with employees consistently occupying the space, or you have a retail location(s) there. You may have other examples of operations you have in the country which you’d like to provide: If you can respond with as much detail as possible, that is helpful for our review. If you operate the business entirely from outside of the US, you can confirm this also. Please only provide written details and do not send documents over email or chat: If we require documents to confirm these details, we will provide you with a secure portal to upload them.

They're making sure that your LLC is in USA. Which it should be, so explain that you sell in the U.S and that you yourself are not in the U.S but it is a U.S business. (If you are not in the U.S that is.) If you are in the U.S with a U.S LLC then explain that to them.
Closing supliers
I'm Jimmy, a high-ticket dropshipper who is trying to close suppliers on massage chairs. I encountered an issue yesterday that I couldn't solve. I was trying to convince a supplier's sales representative to work with me on a massage chair deal. The supplier asked me to provide them with more information about my business, including time in business and revenue details. I did provide them with information. How ever he insisted to come back to him Once i have TIB and Revenue to share. Please i need guidance on the next step.

Sounds like that supplier needs proof that you're making money, probably to know if he is going to make any money from you before he puts the work in to partnering with you. You can always say that you are pre-launch, but you have an experienced team thats helping you run the store/ads, so results are out of the question.

Recently figured out you need LLC when you hit 10k sales on Shopify. They automatically ask you to register your business.

Correct, you should LEGALLY have an LLC before you do a single sale. No worries, just register one and verify your business now then.

Cant access my Shopify store.
Went to check my dashboard today and couldn’t access my store. Log out and then back in and it’s now deactivated… When trying to log into to dashboard again it says “Your account (email address) doesn't have permission to view this page.” so I contacted support and they said they needed to verify my business details, its been over a week since I sent in the details. Has any one else ever faced this issue?

Yea, they take forever. Best thing to do is just consistently follow up with them via help.shopify.com , and speak to a support advisor.
