I have issue with payment verification, and contacted Shopify support, received this today?

While reviewing your account to assist you with xxxx.myshopify.com, we noticed that we need some additional information about your business. Can you please describe what kind of business operations you currently have on US soil?
Shopify has to follow regulatory and contractual obligations which require that we only provide financial services to merchants who are physically located in a supported region. Shopify’s standards for this requirement mean that registering your business in the region and obtaining a bank account is not enough.
To be eligible for Shopify Payments, you must meet one of the following criteria:
If you are a Sole Proprietor, the business owner must personally live in the country.
If you are a Company, LLC, or similar business type, you must be registered with the government of that country, and also be able to provide evidence of substantial operations physically happening there.
If you believe your business meets these requirements, please reply here with a detailed description of your operations in the US.
Some examples of operational presence could include (but are not limited to): You rent or own warehouse space and ship your orders from there, you have an office there with employees consistently occupying the space, or you have a retail location(s) there. You may have other examples of operations you have in the country which you’d like to provide: If you can respond with as much detail as possible, that is helpful for our review.
If you operate the business entirely from outside of the US, you can confirm this also.
