Fruits in the Fall
Any fruits that you have been purchasing and loving this fall? I have been loving apples and figs the most. I am hoping to find some persimmons soon!

I had my first percimmons of the season today. They where soooo yum. I also love Piel de Sapo and Apples 🤩 And when I got nothing else I make clementine juice with my citrus press. Always a nice and cheap back up and so damn tasty as well 🥰

Happy October!! 🎃👻 I'm definitely a basic b**ch when it comes to halloween and fall. I love everything pumpkin spice and I go all out decorating my house for halloween! What I hated what how unhealthy many of the pumpkin spice products are out there! So over the last few years I've gathered some way to make it healthier! In the Classroom under the Recipes Module (you have to be at least Level 3 to unlock this module 👻 so if you're not quite there jump in to the conversation!) there is my fall recipes tab! In that PDF you will have the following recipes... Pumpkin Spice Smoothie🎃 Apple Pie Smoothie🍎 Pumpkin Spice Syrup (make your own PSL!)🧡 Apple Cider🍎 Apple Butter🧈🍎 Another one of my favorite fall drinks is a Pumpkin Spice Blume latte! This is a mix that is already ready to go, you simply froth it with hot water and then add in your milk of choice with an optional sweetener. I add Malk's unsweetened oat milk and maple syrup! Its Delicious!! Happy Fall! 🍂🧡🍁 What is your favorite fall activity??

Do you drink plain water?
I’m super curious how much plain water do you guys drink? I get the feeling most of you get the bulk of your hydration from fruit, fresh juice, and then maybe infused water like lemon water. I drink maybe 20-30 ounces of plain water a day. And that is mostly because I drink it to take my vitamins and herbal supplements. But for living hydration, I get 112 ounces of fresh juice daily, plus however much hydration is in my daily smoothie, plus the hydration in the fruit I have for breakfast and whatever veggies or fruits I eat for dinner! So I want to know, how much plain water do you drink a day? How much hydration are you getting a day?

I drink spring or distilled Around 1-3 liter (I think that’s 96oz) per day depending on how much melon I eat that day haha When I eat steamed food or cooked I definitely need more water
Where are you on your journey?🍉🤍
Today on Instagram I shared a video showing some clips of me now and then photos of me and my skin from back when I was sick for years. I think it’s easy to just see all the content I put out now and think oh well you’ve always been healthy so it must just be easy for you. Or think that I must be special in some way and that’s why I have the health I have. But both of those assumptions are so far from the truth. I wasn’t always healthy. And I’m not healthy today because I am special. As I said in the caption of my video, I didn’t arrive here over night. It took months and years of consistency and dedication to my health and nutrition. I didn’t get better because I’m special or lucky, I got better because I set my mind to it, made the changes, and did the work. AND I was patient with myself as hard as it was to be patient lol! 😅 You can heal too! You just gotta be willing to commit to it! Where do you find yourself on your journey? Are you feeling stuck and unmotivated? Do you have your habits locked in and just giving your body time to heal now? Or do you have thoughts worrying that maybe you don’t have what it takes to heal? Love this post 😍🤩 I am still not where I envision myself to be with my health. However I do feel like I got the habits dialed in and now I just need to stay on the path and trust that with time I will get to where I want to 😃
