Sorry I have been so out of touch Just to update I ended up with a compound fracture on My right arm I can now honestly say I broke my neck lol Apparently we have a neck bone that gives us the ability to twist from the wrist to the elbow It’s been 7 weeks now and the dr says it’s good that it still hurts and to keep using It I am going to a physiotherapist next Friday for some direction I feel Iike all my muscles and the ligaments etc were torn away from the bone I Need to rebuild
A start!
Well wish me luck My first day in years My Plan today is to go for a 10 to 20 min walk and tonight do a 20 min stretch and a short meditation

@Amanda Rivard thanks for asking Still strong and eating healthy
Brain engaged
Yesterday I introduced myself to veg and fruits because I had been eating only bread, cereal and popcorn. Great filler foods but made me feel even more depressed and sluggish This morning I gained one and a half pounds but because I feel so much better my brain can tell me that “I got this” and my body is already thanking me with more energy. My brain says it’s just a number for today. . I liked Chris’s comment as to be aware of how you feel after you eat It may be a game changer for me

I am 62 years old and my children are grown but I don’t have the energy for my grandchildren that I want to have. I live in Brandon Manitoba.
