Business model/benefit visualisation tool
@Melitta Campbell Hi Melitta, could you please tell me what is the name of the business model visualisation tool you use, showing the benefits, value of your offer : - need of the client in the middle, - how it will feel like, what we do, - What we actually do - my specific differentiation. What I am better at than others Thank you, Judit x

GDPR
Hi all, I know this is a special topic, let me know if it doesn't fit in the scope @Melitta Campbell Thank you for anyone who has a registered coaching business in Switzerland and has experience with GDPR. Me with my 1 person "Einzelunternehmen" Swiss registered business is soon going to coach max. a few hours within a program initiated in the US. I will promote it as well in Europe on social media, etc. One of my Swiss therapist friends told me to be careful with the new Swiss GDPR legislation, that came out 1. Sept, 2023. One info thread in English: https://www.kmu.admin.ch/kmu/en/home/facts-and-trends/digitization/data-protection/new-federal-act-on-data-protection-nfadp.html I am asking all those who have a registered small business in Switzerland: - Do you know a source where to go to for an updated GDPR text for the most simple coaching service that includes working with people potentially from all over the world, promoting on Instagram and FB, other social media, using emails, names, telephone numbers of potential clients. Thanks for any advice or ideas. Judit x

Thanks a lot, I will check it. I was following a US similar website, not complying with the Swiss laws. Cool, thank you.

I love this episode as well. Do what gives you more energy, when you come out of the task, than when you go in. This is so powerful. Implementing this even with really small steps is already such a huge leap in living a healthy, purposeful, happy and fulfilling life. 🫶 Combining this with an inflow of money...set yourself up for real longevity.

@Genc Doda I would like to change my website (with help for colour, design and maybe logo, put products professionally with payment option, basic pages plus a blog). I have online coaching product offerings, no course. My current web designer turned out to be quite an old school static website creator, is very slow, and not familiar with newsletter, blog optimising, funnel softwares. They cannot really help how to add e-products with payment option, I cannot add Hemingway for blog optimisation, etc. I can add blog posts myself, I added newsletter with aweber and landing pages for my products, but that is outside SEO visibility. I would love to find someone who can help me with both branding and tech design. Is everyone doing their websites on their own with Webflow? I have started to search again for a new webdesigner... Any tips, how to best find one? :)
Share your LinkedIn Profile and Top 3 Skills
Wow, what an amazing Value Session we just had. So great to see many of you there. If you missed it - the replay is in the 'Classroom'. One thing I shared that can help you to get found is completing your Skills section. To give you all a boost in that respect, I would like to invite you to: 1) Share your LinkedIn profile link 2) Say what 3 skills you'd like us to endorse you for (you'll need to be a 1st connection) 3) Go through the posts, and connect with your colleagues and endorse them (if you are early to this task, you may need to come back later to complete this. I look forward to learning more about you all and your skills!
