Hey @Edgar Cruz how can i dispute an account that got closed? long story short, i had an Checking account shut down with BOA because of "fraud" (it was a mistake i made my self) i recently try calling BOA if they could help me out deleting it, i just told them that it was genuinely mistake on my end and if there was a possibility for them to delete it just to end on good terms on both ends and they basically said NO, that they can not delete that account and that is was going to stay there for 7 years. But they did told me that i can dispute it directly with ChexSystems, so how can i go about it? thanks in advance 🤲
