Great training on sleep hygiene and exercises
The Neuro Drills for sleep is just a terrific video. As you get into the movement drills section (either before sleep or elsewhere in a daily routine) do you find sometimes that people benefit from tight clothing eg core shorts or compression tops or even weighted vests (such as used in traumatic brain injury) and/or other things that may improve proprioception? I've never used a simple proprioception drill like rubbing the towel around the area of movement before doing an activation exs so that was super cool as well Your patients who have a tougher time with coordinating these patterns - do you find they sleep better with weighted blankets? Is there a test retest pattern you use when people are in bed? Thanks very much!
