Is there a compete listing of each checklist by number on a document somewhere? Say if I wanted to look for “heavy step” my brain sucks so I have to go in each checklist and each number to find it. Instead I would be able to look at a complete list of the checklists with the skills listed in order find the one I’m looking for then go straight into the app and find it.

What all drills shooting wise would be easy to do while he’s in this cast? He can stand in it just can’t jump obviously. So everything within free throw range. Then also best stationary dribbling drills and passing drills?

Anyone ever have to deal with unsolicited advice? Had a guy in the gym approach my son and I, as he was using the riplights for decision making off a pass and catch(red drive left, blue drive right, green shoot) all defensive reads. This guy comes up and starts telling me it’s unrealistic and doesn’t translate.
