Hey, Josh Goodnough here. My W2 is with BMW, currently responsible for technical development and qualifications. My background is construction (electrician originally), have done residential, commercial, then on to industrial where I moved into more automation and large project management roles. My partner and I started Local Properties Group in January 23, first house in July 23 that we flipped. Originally we planned to do a General Contracting company, but quickly adjusted and moved into the real estate space. Currently looking for our next deal, trying to flip a couple more to raise capital and move into a position to hold and get into the multi family space. What I want from this group, to learn, to grow, to build relationships and create opportunities. I hope to contribute with my skills and connections, help others grow and win also! I’m still new in this space, and I hope to move into this full time within the next 3-5 years, or sooner! 1. Finding deals, learning more about contracts, acquisitions. Marketing techniques, cold calling, approaching potential sellers. 2. Structuring my business model, putting my money to work, and tax strategies 3. Simple, generational wealth!
