Just the 3 of us!
Hey guys! So for now it’s just the 3 of us. As I am mapping out how this group will bring the most value, I definitely want some feedback and input from you guys and everyone that joins. First thing I’d like to do, is ask you two to introduce yourself. Who you are? What you’re currently doing in Real Estate. What you’d like to get from this group? How I can help each of you personally? What are your top 3 real estate goals, that we can work on to help you guys.

@Margaret F awesome!!! Glad to have you here! You are definitely on the ground level as we build out this group! Wholesaling as we knew it previously is dead, however assigning deals is still very much alive and legal! What are some of your short term goals and long term goals?

@Margaret F don’t walk away from them! If you can lock them up. We can work together to try to dispo them and get them assigned. We can map out a plan for you to start raising Private money and then taking down your own rentals. Then we can work on that wealth building!
