What I can say based upon your introduction is that you don't really seem to know what exactly do you provide to your clients (in terms of results). What does "stop hiding and show up powerfully consistently" even means? ;) Could you clarify that for me?

@Anthea Seafield I believe the reason why more women than men are hiding "in safety" and not pushing their own ideas against all odds is wired into our DNA. Something I learned from one if my own mentors a while ago is that almost everything we do falls back to our core emotion. For women it's "safety" and for men "status". Was a bit hard to believe at first but now I believe it to be true for the most part. When you look at our actions that way it becomes clear. Women tend to not be very vocal about their own ideas because of a fear of rejection. Getting rejected means loosing the safety of our tribe. For men having great ideas elevates their status and because that is their primary driver the fear of rejection (even though it's still there) doesn't count so much. The reward is greater than the pain.

Way to go Anthea! Really love seeing you making progress. Even if it seems to be hard and complex at times but you are never stopping. That's awesome!
