System for strategic content

Just completed this video...

I struggled to understand and to follow, will have to go back again and redo it. It tried watching it far a few days... but feel like I am restating the video all the time, because I am missing something important that would open it up for me. I eventually decided to just watch it all the way through

A little bit irritated, feel like I am missing something and I can't grasp what must be quite simple.

Well just wanted to share my experience and see if anyone else is also struggling with this one.
