Not able to see leads in downloaded CSV facebook ads

Ad rejected
I had a successful campaign and ad set and ad running. The ad had been running for 2-3 months and was randomly out of nowhere rejected and can’t appeal or review it. Support said they can’t either as they don’t see the option too. Why is that? @Uncle Jimmy Mitchell

@Mehran Khan I tried that and it got rejected. Then appealed that one and got accepted. I’m worried as I’ve had 2 rejections I don’t want my ad account disabled. + you know how fb ads is where the same ad in the same campaign in the same ad set even duplicated and identical still won’t perform as well :(

How long can I pause my ads for?
I’m going overseas for 2-2.5 weeks and will be pausing my ads. My ads have been running for almost 3 months now at 50 aud per day getting a 50 cost per call booked. I don’t want to ruin it. Will pausing it damage the ads? Note: none are in learning phase atm just active or learning limited. (Niche = Re and running ads to get re clients) @Uncle Jimmy Mitchell

@Maximus Hilmi yeah I’ve found some people don’t want to book in cause there isn’t any time available lol. It’s had the opposite affect

@Uncle Jimmy Mitchell Hey Jimmy, this is a pretty urgent question and I just want to make sure I'm doing the right thing here (I explain why that is in this quick loom video I made). If you could let me know your thoughts on this matter. Thanks Jimmy appreciate your time! Note: I did a bit of a stupid thing put it to 5 a day then back to 50 within the same hour then turned it off and finally back to 5 a day after multiple panicking decisions lol. But I hope I didn’t permanently stuff targeting up. But it’s now sitting 5 a day. But I guess either turning it off or 5 a day both do the same thing.
