⚠️ TUESDAY SERVICE IS CANCELED ⚠️
Dear RROC Family, As many of you are aware, Hurricane Milton is projected to strengthen into a Category 5 storm and is forecasted to have a major impact on Central Florida, including the Sanford area. While we place our trust in God’s protection, it’s important that we exercise wisdom in preparing for what may come. With that in mind, we have made the decision to cancel our Tuesday night service in order to give everyone time to make the necessary preparations and prioritize your family’s safety. Current reports suggest the storm could reach our area by Wednesday night, bringing with it heavy rains, strong winds, and potential flooding. Now is the time to take the precautions needed to safeguard your homes and loved ones. Here are a few reminders as you prepare: • Make sure you have essential supplies on hand—water, non-perishable food, batteries, flashlights, and any necessary medications. • Secure your home and, if you’re in an evacuation zone, be sure to have a plan. • If you have a laptop, keep it fully charged to use it as a power bank for your electronics & keep your phones charged. • Stay informed through local news and emergency updates. Though this situation can feel overwhelming, I encourage you to lean on the security we have in Christ Jesus. We have peace in times like this, because we know He is our strong tower. Psalm 46:1 reminds us, “God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.” Let’s remain in prayer, asking for God’s protection over our community. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you or someone you know needs assistance during this time. As a church, we are called to be the hands and feet of Jesus, so let’s support one another however we can. Stay safe, be prepared, and continue to pray for God’s guidance and peace. We will keep you updated with any further announcements. In Christ’s love, Pastor Richard

Amen 🙏 everyone please take care of yourself
We Are Called To Love Everyone, But Not Commit To All
1. Agape Love (Selfless Love)The Bible calls us to love others with an unconditional, selfless love—agape love. This kind of love reflects God’s love for us, which is patient, kind, and not self-seeking (1 Corinthians 13:4-7). We are called to love everyone, regardless of whether or not romantic feelings are involved, by serving, caring, and seeking their highest good.Guarding Your Heart 2. Proverbs 4:23 reminds us, “Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.” While we are to love others deeply, we must be mindful of guarding our emotions and hearts. Becoming overly attached or entering into relationships that are not God’s will can lead us away from His path. Wisdom and discernment are essential when managing feelings. 3. Jesus Did Not Commit to EveryoneWhile Jesus loved all people, He did not commit Himself to everyone. In John 2:24-25, it says, “But Jesus did not commit Himself to them, because He knew all men, and had no need that anyone should testify of man, for He knew what was in man.” Jesus understood the hearts of people and didn’t place His trust in everyone, knowing their intentions weren’t always pure. We can love others but must exercise discernment, trusting only those whom God has aligned with our purpose and well-being.
