This is nuts. I've been posting everyday for the last 10 days (yes, even through Xmas). This morning, I got my first big win! First of all, I cross post everything. I keep all my videos under 1 min, so I can post on youtube shorts too. Last night my latest video jumped to 400 views in an hour, it was my second most viewed video ever. I was like "ok, that's cool I guess" and went to sleep. This morning when I checked my numbers, the same video on Threads was blowing up. The likes and reshares were just pouring in. It hasn't stopped! I've gone from barely getting A SINGLE like to breaking 800 in less than 24 hrs (I honestly think it'll break 1000 likes tonight). My followers count went from like 300 to +500 in a day. I'm getting more followers on insta (where I usually do best) than I have the entire month combined. I've FINALLY got haters! This is super exciting!!! Because nobody gives you shit when you're a nobody. Is this what it feels like? Ok, thanks. Just wanted to share. Off to shoot the next one!

I'm still early in my journey, but I wanted to share this small win. I'm finally breaking 1k views on my instagram reels! Prior to this I had done this a handful of times, and each one felt super lucky. This time I've done it twice in 3 days, one even hit 2k in that time. I've done it by following the advice from the quick wins course. I outlined my content instead of fully scripting, followed the Hook + value + CTA formula, took out all my pauses (I used to think I needed to do everything in one take!). I'm getting more efficient, it's taking less time to edit my stuff. I'm still not gaining traction on tiktok itself, but these skills are still applying on other platforms. This feels like an important victory!

I never considered myself a content creator but I’m no stranger to making content. But this is the first time I’ve ever tried to do it with any sort of regularity, and immediately realized I needed to improve. I’ve just started implementing the strategies from this community, and I’m already seeing signs of change! My TikTok hasn’t grown much but my last few posts on YouTube and Instagram are performing much better than before. I’ve gone from 0 views on YouTube to 500. This is amazing to me!!
