I might be wrong, but I can’t remember seeing any time the government was proactive to anything trucking related.
Let my first agent go today
Is it normal to feel guilty when you cut ties with employee/agent? I feel like I should have done more to help but at the end of the day, the whole reason I went the agent route was because I'm not a good manager.

I personally hate having to let anyone go, and I have had to do it more times than I wanted to. They have to go home and explain what happened and why they are no longer employed. But, what I have found over the years is that most people fire themselves with their body of work or lack there of. Or, sometimes they have committed a showstopper type of offense and your hands are tied. At the end, I hope we all feel the hesitation of pulling the trigger. But sometimes we have to for the benefit of the organization.

@Bill Robinson I always try to look at it and see if I could have done anything different on my end to help them out. But in the end as much as we want to, we can’t save everyone.

Welcome to the group Anthony.
Favorite Social Platforms
There is a lot going on in the social world. I focus on LinkedIn, but have seen many going to X (aka Twitter) and some references to Reddit. Meanwhile, many drivers are in Facebook groups. What social platform is your favorite to talk about freight?
