Yea i when i started doing manuals recently heels wss is a bit harder for me then toe manuals. It helps if you slightly bend your knees, lean a bit backwards (not to much just slightly)and make sure you have even pressure on both heels. when lifting your toes start out lifting just enough for it to leave the ground. Then when you get more comfortable you can lift it a bit higher. Start out with holding something so you can have the sense of balance. Hope that helps
