Two sources of same questions but different answers worries me, please help
Question: The agile team is composed of highly skilled product design engineers. Their reputation for quality and speed has earned them new duties in concept development for new products, but team output in this new role has fallen steeply compared to their design work. Which two measures are most effective to improve team productivity in this case? Choose two: 1. Plan a creativity spike in the next iteration. 2. Seek creative thinkers to mentor the team. 3. Prolong the iterations to adjust to new tasks. 4. Hire more T-shaped profiles into the team. 5. Boost motivation with a team building event. While one of the answers (option 4) is common between both sources, they differ in 2nd option. It's between 1. and 2. Can someone please really help and if possible @Andrew Ramdayal @Andrew Ramdayal would you mind sparing few minutes to help with the right choice between 1. and 2. and with a brief reason?

@Roger Rustad thanks for your answer. I felt 2 was the right but I found this same question on other source where I found 1st one as the choice so totally got nowhere.
Change control board in Agile?
I came across a question below that has an answer stating to review the change and raise it to CCB instead review the impact with team or PO. Can anyone help any the choice is CCB in agile (Agile promotes collaboration and communication so analysis with team or PO wouldn't be the right answer)? -------------------------------------- A project team is in sprint 13 of a fourteen-sprint project. The project team placed a game-changing feature on the backlog for the next release that closely resembles a feature a competitor is launching. The product owner insists on incorporating this game-changing feature in the current release. What should be the next step for the project manager?

@Sudhakar Kaipa See my first post and the choice between answers. The choice is between CCB and PO/Backlog.
Q in improving schedule.
A deliverable on the project's critical path is behind schedule. The cost performance index (CPI) is 1.3. The project manager is able to put the project back on schedule. Which three results are the most likely for this project? Choose three: why is the first option correct instead the last?

Question on Stakeholder engagement
For the below question why only updating stakeholder engagement plan is not enough? There is no change in stakeholder but just their engagement. I remember in some other test, I saw only updating the stakeholder engagement was the right choice. Can someone help to confirm which one is right
