When my anxiety and stress is high, it makes me run to the bathroom. It’s my first physical symptom I get when my anxiety is up there. Does anyone else have this issue? What do you do to get back on track in that area?
I have really bad anxiety. I’ve been on fluoxetine for a few months now, but I’m still having anxiety. I talked to my therapist, and she raised my dosage but I’m still having severe anxiety.I don’t know what to do anymore. Any suggestions?
