Goals
I've never been a morning person but I've always envied those who are. I remember saying "I want some of whatever they have". Well, here I am and I'm ready to put a morning routine together that will help me have more successful days. 1. Get my daily caffeine and find a quiet spot to listen to a motivational podcast and read some self-improvement material. 2. Spend 15 minutes meditating 3. Journaling: write a daily gratitude list. Write down my intentions for the day (a list of what I want to achieve and how I'm going to make it happen). This is just a start and I'm sure I will add to my routine and fine tune it as I go. My immediate goal is to put these practices in play and be consistent with them.

What do you do physically to set yourself up for success in the space as well? Do you lay out your clothes, are you a night/morning showerer, etc? Super curious about others habits and how that impacts their morning routine
