Goals
I've never been a morning person but I've always envied those who are. I remember saying "I want some of whatever they have". Well, here I am and I'm ready to put a morning routine together that will help me have more successful days.
1. Get my daily caffeine and find a quiet spot to listen to a motivational podcast and read some self-improvement material.
2. Spend 15 minutes meditating
3. Journaling: write a daily gratitude list. Write down my intentions for the day (a list of what I want to achieve and how I'm going to make it happen).
This is just a start and I'm sure I will add to my routine and fine tune it as I go. My immediate goal is to put these practices in play and be consistent with them.
