Anyone used an A.I. actor like on synthesia to produce YouTube ads? Please let us know thoughts.

Google disapproved my YT ads for violating the “Health in personalized advertising” saying that they are related to medical conditions and therefore do not qualify for audience targeting. They asked me to remove the audience targeting from my campaign and resubmit. What other targeting options do I have to have good conversion rates to my funnel?

Is there a way to duplicate or clone a campaign and keep everything the same but change one thing like the targeted countries without going thru the process of creating a new campaign?
