How to speak powerfully without words
Did you know that over half of how we communicate isn’t through words? I did not.. But according to a study by Albert Mehrabian, 55% of communication is body language, 38% is tone of voice, and only 7% comes from the actual words we use. I made a video where I break down some non-verbal communication tricks you can start using in your videos today: 1. Body language 2. Facial expressions 3. Eye contact 4. Hand gestures 5. Proximity (Watch the video for more in-depth actionable bullets) These small changes can make a big difference in how your message comes across. Check it out if you want to learn how you can make your videos more engaging and effective!

How I Stopped Feeling Awkward in Front of the Camera, And You Can Too
What’s the best way to stop feeling awkward when the camera starts rolling? I used to wonder the same thing. I know that awkward feeling all too well. My heart would race, my mind would go blank, and I’d feel this overwhelming urge to stop recording. Even if the awkwardness didn’t show on camera, I definitely felt it inside. For me, this happens when I get stuck in my head, overthinking everything instead of letting my ideas flow naturally. Yep, I’ve been there... Before pressing the record button, everything seemed easy. I’d think, - “This will be a breeze.” But... as soon as that red light came on, it was like my brain hit a wall. And suddenly, I wasn’t sure what to say or how to say it. The confidence I had just a second ago disappeared. So, how did I finally get past this? How did I stop feeling so awkward and start enjoying being on camera? Here’s my trick, I stopped taking it so seriously. I began telling myself, - “This is just a test video. It doesn’t have to be perfect, and I don’t even have to keep it." That simple shift in mindset changed everything. With the pressure off, I found that my words flowed more naturally. I could relax, be myself, and just talk without worrying about every little detail. And guess what? The videos turned out better because of it. They felt more authentic, more “me.” And that’s what people connect with realness, not perfection. So if you’re struggling with feeling awkward on camera, try this approach. Remind yourself that it’s okay to mess up, that it’s okay to take a few tries to get it right. The important thing is to keep going, keep recording, and keep improving. Before you know it, you’ll start to feel more comfortable, and that awkwardness will soon be gone. And, you’ll actually look forward to being on camera. If you give it a try you might be surprised at ho w much easier this approach is to being on camera. What's your nr.1 best tip when you feel awkward Infront of the camera? 👇

IF you doubt your expertise.
You have so much inside yourself to share. EVEN IF you don't think what you know is valuable. Believe it or not, the words that your mouth produces through the air vibrations, ACTUALLY resonate with the right audience. YOUR TRIBE. Honestly, there are times when I struggle with second-guessing my decisions or videos that I create and don't think I'm good enough or know enough, it could be ironic because I run this community, but no ones is perfect. I'm imperfectly perfect lol. But, I've been corrected time and time again by people who reach out to me to say "Thank you for sharing". Every time that happens, my false beliefs are completely destroyed, they are not true. It's just what someone has told you sometime in the past that your brain makes you believe is your voice. I give you permission to remove that shit because it's smothering your awesomeness. GIVE ME A GIF THAT REPRESENTS YOUR COMMITMENT TO BE YOURSELF. STOP FUCKING HIDING.👇

R u up for a challenge🏆❓
It's almost midnight in Sweden... but I just must put this out in the community or my soul will eat me from the inside and out. 🤪 I feel the urge to do a little challenge where everyone who joins and finishes the challenge get a 1:1 call to build out a personalized roadmap for you to know EXACTLY what steps to take so you can create compelling talking video content for your ads, Skool community, YouTube etc. What's the challenge about you may ask? It's about your growth, the community's fellowship haha "lord of the rings" ;) For 7 days record yourself for 30 sec to 5mins and talk about whatever, could be about something you're interested in or it could be about your niche/community, it doesn't really matter. Please don't overcomplicate what equipment to use, just use your phone man. Then put your video in the "video review" tab here inside the community so we can roast you (jk). This so everyone can help each other get better on video, how to talk, body language, what to say, how to say, never run out of things to say etc.. Are you F**KING ready??
