I want to make content on YouTube, the method I use is high intensity training method which was invented by mike mentzer, so what most of the people out there are doing is, they're posting out Mike's content, his raw audiotapes, raw videos, just by adding some little bit song, etc. I'll send you a link of content people are posting out there, so Idk should I copy them just by posting his content by some editing and songs Or Should I listen to his knowledge more and synthesize it and make videos showing my face and just explaining things purely. Idk what would benefit me more for getting clients and really helping and providing value to them.

Tell people what you've achieved and how you did it. #2 you can show how you've helped others achieve the same thing. Share how you helped people from point A to point B. #3 you can leverage credibility from others. This one can be tricky, but it's definitely doable, especially when you're just starting out and don't have your own cred yet. You don't want to steal other people's work, so think of it like this: you've studied the top creators in your field for 200 hours. Now, you're gonna compress all that knowledge into a 20-minute video or something and share it with others. They SAVE time by reading or watching your stuff, so it becomes super valuable.
