Most steps I do try to follow. What kind of core excercises would you recommend? I never include them in my training. But do sometimes have lower back pain from my fulltime 9 to 5 desk job😭

CARS everyday...
Hello to all the new and ofcourse the old OG members! I would love to know how many of you are actually doing the CAR routine EVERYDAY. It doesn't have to be long, it doesnt have to be intense everyday, it just has to have intent! Moving all of your joints through their entire range of motion, everyday. So so important. It means you wont miss out on any of the hard work you put in during mobility sessions, it means your body wont forget how to use your new ranges of motion. Even if you do 1 min for each body part, spread throughout the day. Who cares what you look like. Who cares where you do it. Make sure you do them! ARE YOU DOING CARS EVERYDAY?

YES Going to start tomorrow morning! I've been doing 10,000 steps a day for a year now without skipping a day, so I think this is also a good and really healthy challenge that I can turn into a routine.

In love with fitness and yoga. Starting to learn more about mobility. Currently training to learn free handstands and the front split.
