Yup! I actually eat a lot of these in my every day life, and they are super easy and tasty to make. Eggs and chickpeas are known as “super foods”, with a LARGE variety of nutrients. Also, chicken and tofu is a great source of protein, so pairing them up together is great.
Hey everyone,
I'm Melissa Rodriguez, and I'm thrilled to be part of this community! Originally from England, I've been deeply immersed in the world of yoga for years. While I absolutely love teaching and practicing yoga, I'm also eager to learn more about the business side of things. I believe there's so much potential to blend South Asian traditions with modern wellness practices, and I'm excited to explore that further. Looking forward to connecting with all of you!
