Hi, one very crucial question is that is cold email completely legal in Usa or UK (and if you know also ireland australia and new zealand). I know that cold SMS isn't. But of course, there are some things to keep in mind like opt out option etc but I am interested in the legality of sending cold emails to individual persons (B2C) or businesses (B2B) that i have not gotten any consent before sending a bulk cold email campaign (is is cold so it is impossible to get consent). Is it legal whole US, if not which states don't allow and which allow? How about if I get a client for gohighlevel and I would do a database reactivation campaign? So, my client let's say a nail salon wants to send for example "50% off your next appointment" message. Can they send it to previous customers if there is no consent clearly given (not asked even)? So they have just contacts of old leads but can they send B2C emails for those existing clients legally without consent? How about SMS database reactivation campaign in that case when there is no obvious consent given?
