Yea I know brother. I took the loss bc the seller didn't wanna pay for the risk fee and the buyer said that he wasnt gone pay for it so I did. original assignment fee supposed to been 2K. It was a good learning experience and the buyer respect what I did. So I got a business relationship now that's worth more than 250. I look til the future and not the present. I really appreciate your inspiriation tho bro. Thanks
