If I have a deal with Seller A and they still have an open mortgage.... will my cash buyers offer cover the mortgage at closing or is the seller still responsible to pay their mortgage lender after we close? Does the title co handle this? I just want to be sure I know the mortgage does not fall back on my buyer once they buyout. Im a newbie so maybe this one is obvious.. I just want to be sure.
